Create new tab for past events

Description
Our event calendars in groups currently has tabs for "Calendar" and "Upcoming." We should add a tab for "Past" so that people can find listings of older events if they would like (presuming that data is kept)
(note: I am not suggesting this for 1.8)

Past events remain visible on the Calendar view. I figured there was minimal benefit to adding Yet Another Tab to view past events, but if others think it's worthwhile, it's not difficult to do. Maybe we can wait to see if it's requested by anyone else?
Waiting seems fine to me given that events are viewable under Calendar, but I've added other members of the team as watchers in case they have thoughts
I agree that another tab is probably unnecessary here, but also that it would be nice to see the past events in the same view-style.
Instead, I suggest that we change the title of the 'Upcoming' tab to 'List View' and add links that allow the user to toggle between 'past' and 'upcoming' within that tab.
When I was building it, Upcoming was going to be List View. But then it became clear that viewing all events - past and future - in a single thread was almost useless. Having a secondary 'past'/'upcoming' toggle sounds fine to me, if others don't think it's too much to have yet another level of nav elements.
