Description

I've noticed that Basecamp includes the avatar image of message posters, and I think that might be a nice feature for our own notification system. What do you think, and how hard would it be to set this up?

I guess this also raises some questions around the styling and format of notification messages -- do we use HTML or only plain-text images?
