Hi Stephen,
Can you please give us a more detailed bug report than "it does not seem to work"? When we hear that something is not working, our first step is to try to reproduce the problem so that we can understand what is going on. Here is some advice from a site that gives some guidance on this:
To actually solve your problem, we need to be able to reproduce it. The more descriptive the instructions, the better chances are that they'll work for others screenshots go a long way in some cases use sites like imgur, snaggy or postimage. Sit down and reproduce the problem a few times, first, to make sure you understand it. If the problem is "random," enable debugging during normal use. The more time you spend isolating the problem, the quicker a developer will be able to reproduce and fix it.
In this case, it's unclear where, exactly, the problem is happening. Are you unable to find the plugin in question? Do you get an error when you try to activate it? Are you able to activate it but running into a problem when you try to adjust the settings? Does everything seem to be working on the dashboard but not showing up on the frontend of the site? Unless we know what is happening where, and how and when it is happening, it will be difficult for us to reproduce the problem.
In addition to that, we'd appreciate it if you could give us a sense of the environment in which the problem is happening. One easy way to do that is to visit http://supportdetails.com/ and to send us a PDF export of the report there.
