We're using a very old edition of CommentPress on the site. We should delete that older version upload the newest one, which is available here: http://www.futureofthebook.org/commentpress/download/

Specific directions for installation are here: http://www.futureofthebook.org/commentpress/support/installation/ , though they seem a bit weird to me - I'm not sure why CP needs to be loaded as a theme AND a plugin. I've never seen it function as a plugin.
