Description

We should look to install the Site Template plugin created by Macaulay Honors College, though there is some suggestion on the boards that there is an incompatibility with the BP Group blog plugin.

I examined the Site Template plugin and found it to be broken in a couple ways.

Then I looked at the Site Creation Wizard plugin from the guys at Yale and I found it to be much better. I installed it instead in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/a73fa069dbd29246119aad8241ec88d5fb289e00
