Can there be a clearer signal that even when comments have already been made you add comments by clicking on the side? (SP suggestion #5)

Description

When you make a comment in a paragraph, read on, and then return after you have moved down the document, the comment icon just has a number, so it's not clear that you can add a comment by clicking on the number.
