http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46556 was created by hitting the "reply" button on http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46553. Notice the indentation, i.e., http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46556 appears under http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46553.

http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46554, on the other hand, was created by replying via email to a notification produced by posting http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46553. Notice that http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46554 is not indented under http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/?p=46553.
