Clarify 'Group Forum' and 'Group Forum Directory' buttons

(originally suggested in #555)

The two buttons appear at the top of any group topic. The second button in particular is confusing, because it goes to a global directory.

I suggest removing the Group Forum Directory button altogether. I don't think it adds anything to this particular page.

I agree that the second "Group Forum Directory" button should be removed. It doesn't seem to make much sense to link to forums Commons wide while in tracking a topic in a group.
