Remove Subscription Options plugin from directory

Description
Since the Subscriptions Options plugin hasn't been updated in over 2 years I wanted to propose that we remove it from the directory and email blog owner using the plugin about replacing it with the Social Sticker plugin. We have a page in the Codex about the Subscription Options plugin, but nothing about Social Sticker. I'd be happy to create a new Codex page for it.

Sarah, does Subscription Options still work at all? If the issue is simply that Social Sticker is better, then perhaps we could just hide SO from being activated anymore, while installing SS and updating documentation to point to the latter plugin. The development work required to handle a migration, and/or the outreach and troubleshooting work that could accompany a forced switch for existing users, is probably only worth it if the SO plugin has security holes or is breaking people's sites or something like that.
