Description

We received a report from IT saying that there are emails being sent to noreply@commons.gc.cuny.edu. We should never send emails to this email address.

Some investigation has revealed that bbPress could be the culprit:
https://bbpress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2671

We're going to deploy a potential fix for this for v1.9.28.
