Description
Boone, didn't you create a plugin that allowed people writing new posts to select tags that were already popular on the Commons? I received a report from a member looking for it who couldn't find it, and I can't, either. Am I remembering something that didn't happen or is was the plugin disabled for some reason?

I did create a way to do this, but it was a WP core hack and was long ago overwritten. I will take a look at making it work in an indefinite way, but it will have to wait for the next release. Sorry about the regression.
