Hi, I am a cuny common account user which is looking for help to find my account back with password and account name. I used chu.li59@qmail.cuny.edu<mailto:chu.li59@qmail.cuny.edu> to register. And now i cant use my email to find the password back. I didn't receive any emails after i applied the "Find the Password." i really need the account for the homework. hope i can hear form you as soon as possible. thank you
