Bug #689
closedBP-specific custom post types should not be visible to non-admins on Dashboard
0%
Description
I noticed that when I log into the Commons, I have access to "Dashboard", which takes me to BuddyPress options that I don't think I should have? ie - BuddyPress Invitations, Gallery Posts, System Report... Just noticed this. I'm not complaining, but do I have too much access?

Scott is an Author on the Commons main blog (probably so he can see the System Report tab). That means he can see some of the custom post types that run some of our BP stuff. This shouldn't hurt anything, though eventually I will look into making them hidden from all but super admins. Scott, just don't mess with that stuff. Especially important is that you don't delete anything, but you won't be able to anyway since you are just an Author.

Fixed in BuddyPress Docs: https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs/commit/aba3a0e89d5040b51fa5413066c9ef0e2a9acd6a (will come to Commons on next plugin upgrade).
Still have to deal with Invite Anyone.
