Posted a reply by email via Mail app which went up twice on the forum.

I deactivated RBE and waited 15 minutes to let all duplicate connections run their course, then I reactivated RBE.
Luke, let me know if you are still running into duplicates.

Thanks, Ray-- haven't seen duplicates since.
I did, though, learn from the CAC Team that nobody seemed to get a notification of this post: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/cac-community-team-project-planning/forum/topic/locations-for-spring-2017-meetings/

No, I didn't get a notification of that message. It's unlikely that it's related to the RBE issue being discussed in this ticket. Luke, could you please open a separate ticket so we can talk about it there?
