CUNY Academic Commons

This is a weird one. I responded (via RBE) to a group forum post. I got an email notification of the response a few minutes later. The forum reply on the website appears to have the correct timestamp: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/cac-community-team-project-planning/forum/topic/timeline-for-release-1-11/ But the email I got has the wrong "Date" header - it says 10 Apr rather than 20 Apr. Relevant headers are pasted below.

Any ideas, Ray? I don't know where this header comes from, and I haven't debugged at all - I thought maybe you'd have some brilliant insight :)
