BuddyPress theme error on iPhone

Description
Joe U. reports that visiting the BuddyPress section of the site from an iPhone results in a "there are no buddypress themes installed" error.
Boone suggested that making the mobile themes unavailable to users might solve this problem. From the WPMu Dashboard, I have made the Carrington Mobile and WordPress Mobile Edition Theme unavailable.
Can someone with an iPhone confirm that this has fixed the problem? Sadly, I am unable to confirm ;)

The corresponding plugin needed to be deactivated (this was the thing doing the browser sniffing). Regular site themes are now being loaded on the iPhone, including BP themes.
