Hi Commons Team,

I'm attempting to add a contact form to the SLA Lab site on the Commons (https://slal.commons.gc.cuny.edu/participate-in-a-language-research-study/) but each time I click "send", I get a validation error.

I checked a different contact form on the same site that has been working properly (https://slal.commons.gc.cuny.edu/contact-us-2/), and I'm now getting the same error.

As a sanity check, I also tried submitting on a CF7 form on a different Commons site that I manage (https://gcdi.commons.gc.cuny.edu/contact/), and I'm suddenly getting the same errors. Are there any known issues with CF7 at this moment? I've attached two screenshots for your reference.
