Pretty much done. The styling has been messed up on the front page of the wiki, but it has to do with the markup of the text (there are some tables with weird empty paragraphs that are screwing things up). I can't fix it because the page is locked and I'm not a MW admin apparently.

Please browse around and see whether the theme looks good in most places.
