Scott - Do we have any other quiz/survey plugins on the Commons? All things being equal, I'd prefer to limit the number we have to one or two that are known to be good. This one looks fine, if we don't have other options.

Also, this would be good for member Anne Chamberline, who is looking for a survey plugin.

I'm reopening this ticket as I'm now see a problem. The attached shows me using the plugin, but then when I click on the "Check out the documentation for this tab!" link, I get a blocked url.
We discussed this a bit on the team call today. Should this plugin still be available if one can't get to the docmuntation?
