Description
If a user has entered content into the "Brief Descriptor" field of their profile but NOT into the "About You" field, the "Brief Descriptor" content fails to display on profile when user is logged out.

The difference in height between headers with and without the 'Edit Profile' button was causing the "sticky" height to be triggered improperly when no long description was present.
