Thanks, Gina. The GC IT is undertaking a major upgrade of the server infrastructure today and I suspect this issue is related to that. we will let them know about the problem immediately

Sorry for not following up on Friday. A few hours after I sent the inquiry to IT, Lihua replied that they had, in fact, never had a mapping set up for the CETLS site. It's a bit of a mystery why it ever worked at all. In any case, he added the mapping to the Apache configuration on the new server, and things appear to be working correctly. Thanks for your patience.
