Hi Ray --

multiple times today, I've replied by email to a CAC post. The reply has posted, but the system appears to then try to post again, with the result that I get both an email notification of the post and a message saying the reply could not be posted. please let me know whether you need me to send you examples, and thank you for your help

Yes, please send examples. Are you replying to an email or posting a new topic? Was it the latter?

Hi Matt,

No need to send examples.

I just checked the RBE log, and it looks like there were some overlapping inbox connections, which caused the replies to be parsed twice.

I've just deactivated RBE and I'm waiting for those connections to lapse before I reactivate RBE to restart the inbox check again.
