The bottom appears to be cut off (in the Security Keys section). Is this the case when you're viewing the page, or is the screenshot just cut off?

The WebAuthn plugin has a bug that isn't compatible with multisite when network-activated. I previously applied a hotfix and opened a pull request at the plugin's repo: https://github.com/sjinks/wp-two-factor-provider-webauthn/pull/106, but the plugin author did not apply the fix to the latest plugin update.

I've re-applied the hotfix on production just now: https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/6ab2b9276e272678fb90eed90d0cdd193ffc34fc and will leave another comment for the plugin author to take a look.

Scott, can you see if you are able to view the Save button now on the admin dashboard's "Users > My Profile" page?
