Hi Laurie,

The Kevin Dantzler audio links to Google Drive, which will not work unless the proper shareable link is generated or a plugin like Google Docs Shortcode is used. I'm guessing this was done due to the filesize being too large? The Raymond Sanchez one works on my end.

The Google Drive URL won't work in this format, as Ray notes. You could try it with the shareable link instead - in Drive, go to the 'Share' settings, and change to 'Anyone with the link', then get the link provided by Google Drive. I'm not 100% sure this will work - there may be restrictions in place on the Google end that prevent hotlinking - but it's worth a try.

The admins have also encountered issue with uploading a 119MB audio file - is there a file size limit in place?

The server file upload limit is 128M. If the user is having a hard time with this, perhaps they could share the source file and I could have a look.

I have passed on this info about the google link and I'll ask about getting the source file for the upload.

I never heard any follow up on this from the Commons user so we can close this ticket.
