We discussed this briefly on the call last week (I think).
Just wanted to check in about the invite process. Can we replace 4old with 4new? See below. I believe this (OLD) is how it currently works, but maybe you can confirm current functionality (OLD) to contrast with NEW functionality?
1. Faculty member invites student to join using CUNY Email
2. Student registers for the CUNY academic Commons using CUNY email where invite was sent
3. User activates account
4 OLD: Student has to return to CUNY email to click the invite link to confirm invite and join group/site.
4 NEW: upon activation student user is auto-added to the group(s) and site(s) that the original invite was for
