Hi Ray --
I was just writing a message to my class using the Visual text composer, and I saw again some strangeness in the rendered HTML in the preview
I had entered a few blank lines using Control-Enter, which produced the <br /> code in the preview
I then went to the text mode and switched back to the visual mode, which added <wbr /> tags to the links in the preview (which also showed up in the notification email)

Sorry for the dropping the ball on this one, Matt.
I duplicated the <br /> portion of your report when using Shift+Enter, but I couldn't duplicate the <wbr /> in the preview after toggling the Text and Visual modes in the forum editor. For the first <br /> portion, I've added a commit to allow the <br /> tag through in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/a82fd931a45443f4c83b9d39cf07507f081167ab. Once we've deployed this fix on Tuesday, can you test again to see if you are able to get the <wbr /> tag to display in the preview?
