Style 'Create a Site' page to match redesign

Description
Boone mentioned on the dev call this week that the 'Create a Site' page might need a bit of adjustment to match the new redesign. I just looked at this and Boone is right. The page uses a mismash of styles from the older design and our newer one.
I'm going to add a bit of CSS to try to match the 'Create a Site' page with the newly-redesigned 'Create a Group' page and then put up the changes on cdev.

I've made the adjustments I mentioned above in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/56a55002cbd8e1d080c72b72c333be6d8946a9d7 . The tweaked 'Create a Site' page is available for testing on cdev.

Thanks Ray, I just tested this and it looks great to me, very clean. I did get to the end of my test site creation and noticed that the invite modal is the old version if you click the button on the congrats screen to invite to the site. It should probably trigger the new modal, right?
I'm posting this to the #19733 modal ticket as well.
