Being able to go back to a blank page after finishing create process

Description
I went through the create process and created a new connected group and site. After I got to the finish screen, I could still "go back" in the tabs to other parts of the process such as settings. I clicked on settings and it pulled up a blank settings page (see attached) - We should not be letting people go back once they are to the finish page. I would suggest removing the links.

Could you be more specific about "the links"? Do you mean that the text in the group-creation step tabs (1. Group Details, 2. Settings, etc) should not be clickable links, but should be text only? If so, do you think they should be text-only during each step of group creation, or only when you reach the final '5. Finish' step?
It might make sense to remove the tabs all together once you reach the Finish part so that there is no confusion. That way we keep the links in the creation process so a user can change information (such as a group photo) but once they are finished, they will be directed to the group and can change settings there.
