I was seeing similar behavior, though interestingly, only when logged out. I started trying to debug, but then the site started loading normally.

The timeout behavior is peculiar, and the fact that it was happening only when anonymous suggests somewhat that it's related to the Litespeed cache. But I don't have anything else to go on.

Ray, were you able to reproduce?

I couldn't reproduce when logged out, but when logged in and when navigating to the admin dashboard, I got an unstyled 502 error page. When I refreshed the page, the error disappeared.
