When attempting to preview changes in a page, I receive an error message that states that I am not allowed to preview drafts. The screenshot is attached.

Ray, could you please have a look? I know this has come up in the past and had something to do with how preview links were (or were not) caught by Mercator, but this is your area of expertise :)

Can you ask if Jane is logged in to the subdomain site (https://hunterhumbio.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/) or the mapped domain (https://humbiocie.hunter.cuny.edu/wp-admin/) to attempt to preview the posts?
I do see an issue if the user is logged in to the subdomain site and attempting to preview the mapped domain post. I've just added a potential fix for this on production. Can you ask Jane to try previewing posts again to see if it is working? If there is still a problem, can you ask Jane to take a full screenshot of the browser, including the browser's URL bar?
She replies "Thank you for forwarding this. I am indeed in the mapped domain.
