Bug #22969
openHeader text color toggle not working
0%
Description
Hi All,
One more question related to the site https://lagccoertelc.commons.gc.cuny.edu and/or the academica theme (and maybe connected to #22967?)
When a user tries to edit the header color, nothing changes. Edits to header background color and background color work, but not header text color. See video.

It looks like the Academica theme does not properly implement the Header Text Color to the header.
I can add a fix for this. Just wanted to ask if I should apply the color change to just the header text? Or both the header text and description?

Hi Ray,
They would like the header text and description to be white. You can apply to just the header text because I believe we changed the site description color through custom css already.

- Category name set to WordPress Themes
- Status changed from New to Staged for Production Release
- Target version set to 2.5.11
They would like the header text and description to be white.
I believe Academica already defaults the header text to white, but for sites that would prefer a different header text color, I've implemented the color change for both the header text and description in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/2840a309cadf0f05989a0fbb1c3579cb4dc7a065. This will be available in the next maintenance release.
