Description

Hi Matt, Boone, Ray...

We are getting a notification that the Events Calendar Pro plugin needs to be re-upped and that there is an update to download and install on the gcdi website (gcdi.commons.gc.cuny.edu). Would it be possible to purchase the new license and update? We'd like to open the ticket system for registration this week.

Many thanks for your help!
Lisa

The notice that I'm seeing in the dashboard is:

When The Events Calendar and Event Tickets are both activated, The Events Calendar must be running version 6.13.2 or greater. Please update now.

We're currently running The Events Calendar v6.11.2.1.

Boone, it looks like we updated Event Tickets to v5.24.2 in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/135c33379f6a389a9bb00839104249dd221dcd01. I'm going to downgrade Event Tickets to v5.22.0.1 as that appears to be the version compatible with our version of The Events Calendar. Once we do this, we will not see this notice. Boone, can you omit Event Tickets from the wp-cli-cac script?

With regards to updating to the latest version of Events Calendar Pro, in our last update, we were still awaiting word from Purchasing (see #22774). Any updates, Matt?

  • Category name set to WordPress Plugins
  • Status changed from New to Staged for Production Release
  • Target version set to 2.5.14

I've downgraded event-tickets to v5.22.0.1 in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/750eb97c74758a8eea72f41ec0c49b291ec7d1e5 . This will be part of tomorrow's maintenance updtae.

Lisa, once the update is live, you should still be able to use The Events Calendar and Event Tickets; we just will not be using the latest versions of those plugins at the moment.

Sorry if I messed this up. I've made the change in my update script.
