Hello Commons Team!

I am in charge of the philosophy.commons.gc.cuny.edu page. For about a week now there have been quite a few problems on my site. It seems the root cause of this is that the Jetpack application which I used for a number of things on my Site is now gone. I am hoping it is possible to reinstate/fix Jetpack. If that isn't possible I will see if there is another program I can use to do some of these things - but I would like to wait to try this step until I see if it is possible to fix Jetpack first.

I think it is likely quite a few prospective students are using the Site as applications are due next week and I want to show them the best of our department so I hope this can be resolved as quickly as possible.

The problems that are currently on my website due to Jetpack's being gone are:

- embedded. mp3s are showing up as a black bar http://philosophy.commons.gc.cuny.edu/rationally-speaking-jesse-prinz-on-looking-beyond-human-nature/

- embedded videos from youtube and vimeo are displaying only the url http://philosophy.commons.gc.cuny.edu/daniel-shargel-on-the-philosophy-of-emotions/

- a number of features that were on the left and right toolbars are gone (images, recently viewed pages, subscribe) http://philosophy.commons.gc.cuny.edu/

- site stats are no longer available (internal problem)

I also used the Jetpack feature for some faculty and student Sites that are experiencing the same problems. Since some of these faculty members & students are new to using the Commons and did so at my urging I hope to fix this problem before I get an email from one of them asking what is wrong with their Sites. http://neale.commons.gc.cuny.edu/media/
