Description

In the interest of touching up the design and layout I propose the changes show in the attached screenshot and listed in the attached .txt file.

I think there is more that could and should be done but in the interest of time for the 1.5.1 release I tried to keep the changes minor.

The big HTML and functional change is to remove the navigation from the Profile page in the Commons Profile tab. It used to be View | Edit | Change Avatar and now only View would be needed and that is redundant.

The rest are CSS changes.
