Description

Not being a big fan of the default coloring with the blue top border in the tabs I propose we change the styling. I'm attaching a screenshot of how they would look with slightly rounded corners and just borders around the selected tab.

Also attached is a txt file with HTML and CSS for those changes.

Ideally these changes would go along with #2766 (and the screenshot attached has those changes made), but it could be done separately.

Agree this is an improvement, Chris - nice work. Do we use tabs elsewhere? Would probably be good to extend this throughout the site for the sake of consistency.
