Description
This issue was mentioned by Sarah in the team meeting today and I tried updating the same document just now and found it said it was being edited. Sarah had Marilyn as editing it and now I'm seeing Boone as editing it. I tried twice about ten minutes apart. Screenshots attached

Thanks for the report. I've spent the last few minutes trying to duplicate, and I can't do it. I've tried several different techniques using a couple different user accounts, but I can't manage to lock it in this way.
It is odd. I tried again just now and was able to edit it. I'm not sure what the steps to duplicate are either.
Has anyone seen more recurrences of this issue? If not, I wonder if it's just linked to this specific Doc somehow, and perhaps it's not worth the effort of reproducing.
I have not seen other instances. Sarah, have you?
The issue hasn't cropped up again for me.
Same here, haven't experienced it again.
