closedForum post list formatting didn't come through

Description
When I wrote this message -- http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/cac-community-team-project-planning/forum/topic/thank-you-and-follow-up/ -- I added list item (li) tags around the action items I listed. Those tags did not come through in the post or email attachment, and I'm not sure why. Can you please check that the formatting is working as expected?

It does appear that the tags are being stripped from the outgoing email. Ray, can I ask you to take a look at that aspect of it?

I don't think we should spend any extra time on this.
The work on email refactoring for v1.10 will handle this (#5313).

I'll fix the styling for the next minor release.
