Perhaps we should set up a separate set of milestones for content-based tickets? I'd like to avoid having such tickets being totally divorced of our timetables. But I do take your point, Boone. Chris, any thoughts on this?

I agree with the idea of having a content related list and a technical/feature one. They may reference each other if necessary but it seems like most of the time they will not be dependent.

Is it clear to you what the deliverable is here? Is it something you can deliver? How much work is involved?

Let's ignore, for the time being at least, the discussion of where this ticket belongs. For now, it is here until another method is in place to track it.
