Robin Camille Davis also reports:
on the profile page, when I tried to click the “Add friend” button, it wasn't clickable — the cursor became the text-editing cursor instead of the tiny-hand cursor, in random places in the grey area of the profile page including the friend button. I used Inspect Element to hide the “ticketSubmissionForm” iframe, and the profile page became usable again. Same behavior in Firefox and Chrome.

I was able to replicate this - just trying on Luke's page.

Robin is absolutely correct that this is a problem related to the new ZenDesk "ticketsSubissionForm" iframe (see #4985).

I've added a fix in commit d21a1ec.

This is deployed as a hotfix on production.
