"Send us a message" not working

Description
The "Send us a message" button accessed via the Help tab is not doing anything. Two users have reported this and I tried myself without success.
- Assignee set to Raymond Hoh
Ray, can you have a look? I assume there's a preventDefault or something in the ZenDesk JS preventing the mailto link from working.
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Priority name changed from Normal to High
- Category name set to ZenDesk
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- Target version set to 1.11.11
