Problems with CBox image library / upload
Hi there.. I know this is more of a CBOX question than a Commons issue, but I'm hoping you all might have an idea as to what's going on. I've created a CBOX install at dhinstitutes.org. On that CBOX install, there is a sub-domain wordpress site (dhinstitutes.org/june2018). I can upload images to the Media Library on the main CBOX site, but I am unable to get any images to upload correctly on the sub-domain. I've double checked, and the images are below the max-upload threshold. They are the correct format, etc. etc. When they are "uploading" WordPress goes through all the motions, but no thumbnail appears.. just a gray box. When you try to edit the image in the Media Library, the image is there and can be edited; however, when you select the image from the media library to insert into a page or post, it shows up as a gray box. Any idea what's going on?

Lisa, I'm guessing it is a plugin conflict on the june2018 site. Try disabling non-essential plugins or switching your theme to see if the problem goes away.
If it doesn't, check another subdomain site on your dhinstitutes.org install to see if you are running into the same problem.
Try these things first and report back.

I've uninstalled all additional plugins and themes from the whole network. I tried to upload an image, and I had the same problem.
I set up an additional subdomain called "sample" and this domain has the same problem. Image of what the gallery looks like attached (all metadata is present, image is there when you try to edit it; but it looks gray or blank whenever you try to see it in the gallery or add it to a post/page, etc.)

Ray, from conversations I had with Matt yesterday, I gather that there's a potential conflict between hosting a multisite like this and Reclaim Hosting's shared hosting server set up... which is where I have the CBOX install at the moment. Since I'm unable to invest much time in troubleshooting it right now, I'm going to put this on pause and then come back to it. Sorry about that. I should have thought about the fact that it might not work on Reclaim.
