CUNY Academic Commons

Hi there.. I know this is more of a CBOX question than a Commons issue, but I'm hoping you all might have an idea as to what's going on. I've created a CBOX install at dhinstitutes.org. On that CBOX install, there is a sub-domain wordpress site (dhinstitutes.org/june2018). I can upload images to the Media Library on the main CBOX site, but I am unable to get any images to upload correctly on the sub-domain. I've double checked, and the images are below the max-upload threshold. They are the correct format, etc. etc. When they are "uploading" WordPress goes through all the motions, but no thumbnail appears.. just a gray box. When you try to edit the image in the Media Library, the image is there and can be edited; however, when you select the image from the media library to insert into a page or post, it shows up as a gray box. Any idea what's going on?
