Description

I'm starting to get automated comments notifications on ZenDesk for sites that use the course template.I can just ignore them but I thought you all should know this is happening in case you want to investigate the cause. Here are two examples:

That's probably all I can tell you - both of the sites are password protected so I can't see anything else. If you'd like to make me an admin I could poke around, but I don't know what to look for.

The author of content on the template sites is 'Commons Admin', which is associated with the Commons ZD email account. See #11482 for the reasoning behind this.

You'll get these notifications only if (a) the admin of the cloned site keeps the default posts/pages, (b) the admin doesn't change the authorship of the default posts/pages, and (c) someone leaves a comment on one of these default posts/pages. This likely won't happen too often. In the first case above, it's clear that the user is just testing the functionality.

If it's not too much trouble, I'd recommend you simply ignore or filter out these messages. If it's a bigger problem, we can consider associating the Commons Admin user with a different email address.

That's fine, I'll ignore unless it becomes overwhelming.
