It's down because of another botched Elementor update. I've reverted it and it's in the process of returning to normal.

The dev site seems off right now - content, formatting, etc we're looking at for the relaunched homepage. Not sure if this is related to the wider errors.

It might be related. Last time this happened, Ray noticed it, and he flushed the persistent object cache on the dev site, which cleared up the issue. I've just done the same, and it looks like the dev site is normal now. In theory, the two should not be related, but it could be a clue to a deeper problem. I'll follow up with IT to see if we can make any connections.
