After the About Page is re-done (https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/16534)
Eliminate the drop-down on the top navigation.
- Under "News", eliminate: Twitter
- Under "About", eliminate: About the Commons, Publications on the Commons, Open Educational Resources, Conferences, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Project Staff, Contact

Change "News" to "Activity" in the top navigation as well as the footer navigation

Maybe this is already planned for deployment, but I wanted to make sure that in the header and footer the top-nav links for Events, Activity and About will be:

I just noticed on the dev site that at least About is not updated yet. Could we also revert the fourth footer link from the "Creative Commons License Info" link back to "Creative Commons (CC) license unless otherwise noted" and this link, as we have currently?

Then we'll make another footer update to activate the new link once we resolve and launch the related Creative Commons tickets.

I've fixed the About link, which is a database-level change.
I've reverted the CC link back to what it currently is on the production site: https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/1e855d66f79178369c9ba9b0dbf5a62fcd3c78bf See #17102.
