Description

According to this Github issue, WordPress 6.1 already has some improvements to deal with caching post IDs that might make the Advanced Post Cache plugin redundant.

The Advanced Post Cache plugin has some oddities that we've run up against with bbPress, our cac_course post type and most recently, Event Organiser. So it's an opportune time to look at retiring it.

Sorry I missed the email notification about this, Ray. I've deactivated the plugin.

It appears that it's available only for the main site #10788, so let's go ahead and delete the plugin too. https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/6238072499f9f736644189f5a730a472e96c37cf
