I don't think we've set up any domain mapping since Lihua left the GC.

Matt, what do you think? On the one hand, for someone who knows how the system works, it's probably a very simple task to add the new domain. On the other hand, I'm wary of making undue requests of the limited resources that IT's got right now. On balance, I'd recommend that we put new mapped domains on pause for the time being. But perhaps you think otherwise.

Somehow I missed the memo on pausing domain mapping.

I had been providing support to a faculty member who was trying to map their site. Are new domain maps paused for now? Do have any idea if/when this might resume?

Just wanted to mention here that on the dev call yesterday we confirmed that domain mapping is on an indefinite pause because Lihua's replacement at the Grad Center isn't able to replicate the steps he used to offer this. We are hopeful they will still figure it out or that we can perhaps reach Lihua for some guidance, but for now we are stuck.
