Description

Similar to #15368 and other tickets, I can't access the Wordpress dashboard for the overall site with my usual "colinmcd" account as I have been able to before. I don't think this is migration-related, as I'm pretty sure I was editing the banner and other items in that dashboard after we moved to Reclaim.
