Matt, I think that while I did commit it back then I wasn't as clear on git and may have never pushed the commit. Anyway, it gave me the chance to do it better now. I've made the changes by making a custom language file. It's something we can use to make other changes without touching the core files. Boone, there's a new buddpress-custom-lang folder in the plugins folder that has the po and mo files and bp-custom.php was modified to read in the mo file.

I added the basic disclaimer about the 150x150 and that other sizes might be skewed. I also added a sentence about finding an editor but I'm not sure about that one. Probably better than that in the end is to make a wiki page that shows how to edit a picture in a couple of software. Let me know if you want any changes, it's pretty simple now.

I just pulled the change to cdev and it looks good, Chris. Thanks for taking the initiative.
