Boone, I cleared the object cache and that appears to have fixed the issue.

Not sure what might have caused the problem though. Might need to keep an eye on this.

FYI, I used this snippet to clear the cache:

apc_clear_cache();
apc_clear_cache( 'user' );
apc_clear_cache( 'opcode' );
